7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to HVAC systems and equipment. Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.
8. Termination of Services: The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the customer breaches any terms outlined in this agreement or the service agreement.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.
